Patient, Lam Nyok Mee，49 years old，is a divorcee。On July 2016, she underwent colonoscopy and detected that there is a tumour in the rectum. After done all required test, she was diagnosed with Rectal Adenocarcinoma with liver metastases. In August 2016, she has done trephine diversion stoma. Since then, she lived with a colostomy bag. Within this half year, she was started with chemotherapy every 2 weekly. Unfortunately, her condition is unstable causing Doctor to withhold her chemotherapy. She routinely travels to the hospital for treatment and it all depends on her condition whether or not she is fit for chemotherapy on the admission day. Due to she is unable to sustain her daily living, Locks of Hope Association would like to call for help from the public. Locks of Hope Association hopes that the public could donate some medical fee as well as little living expenses to help this lady. Hereby, we attach together with patient’s medical report and supporting documents.
