Birthday Fundraiser 2021 is fundraising for Refuge For The Refugees

I'm making a difference by raising money for a cause close to my heart. Please support me by donating.

My Story

I'm continuing to celebrate a present-free birthday, and this year I have chosen to fundraise for 'Refuge for the Refugees'. It would mean a lot to me if you could donate to this worthy cause - every little helps, no matter the amount. 

"Refuge For The Refugees is a non-profit organization that seeks to raise awareness regarding the plight of refugees in Malaysia as well as provide education for refugee children.

The refugee and migrant communities in Malaysia are amongst one of the most vulnerable groups of people who receive little to no support when a pandemic like COVID-19 strikes. Since the Movement Control Order took place, many from these communities have lost their jobs and now struggle to put food on the table for their families.

Seeing the massive need on the ground, with many from the community calling us for help, RFTR alongside 3 partner NGOs - Tenaganita, Dapur Jalanan KL and Liga Rakyat Demokratik decided to join hands to support the communities with grocery aid."
