We kindly appeal to your generosity in supporting PUC's medical fund, which is dedicated to aiding homeless animals in need. Every dollar donated will be utilized exclusively for covering the medical expenses of cats and dogs under our care. The cost of each rescue operation typically ranges from $3,500 to $5,900, excluding any expenses related to major illnesses. Unfortunately, the adoption fees we collect do not sufficiently cover the substantial costs incurred for veterinary care, monthly medications, transportation, and other essential services.
While we have established partnerships with veterinary clinics that offer discounted rates and show flexibility in attending to our stray and sick animals, the cumulative expenses can still reach anywhere from $100,000 to $300,000 per month, depending on the severity of illnesses presented by the animals in that particular month.
Without the means to cover these substantial veterinary bills, we are unable to rescue and provide the necessary care for these animals, resulting in their continued suffering.
We implore you to consider making a donation to PUC and assisting us in alleviating the burden of medical expenses. Your contribution will directly contribute to the well-being and treatment of homeless animals, enabling us to save more lives and provide them with the care they desperately need.
