We are very excited to share that the new enclosure is complete and this means that we now have the facilities to retire another elephant and give them a life free from exploitation, where they can finally have the ability to just be an elephant.
You know the drill, without having the funds readily available we are unable to even begin negotiations.
Please donate to help another elephant retire, so they no longer have to work and can live out the rest of their days at BEES. Happy, Flappy and Thriving!

Over 100 people went out metal detecting on a field last weekend, organised by my mom Manuëlla Slot and her friends. They have collected €100 euro’s from people donating and bringing back recycled cans. This money has been raised for the Elephants at BEES where me and my partner have volunteered in 2021. It’s a good cause and we thank anyone who’s donated!

My visit earlier this year was a dream! I’m forever grateful for my experience and the privilege to learn about these incredible beings up close. Wishing you all quick success at accomplishing the fundraising goal to add another member to the BEES family.

Funds raised will go towards the rescue and permanent retirement for another elephant/s. Ideally we would raise enough funds to contribute to several months of food and caretaker wages on top as we transition with another elephant joining our herd.
Help us, help another elephant retire and have the ability to just BE an Elephant 🐘.
