The weekend of 5th September would have been the Fat Boy 10s in Angeles City. Whilst sadly this has had to have been postponed due to the current pandemic, the Pot Bellied Pigs wish to 'be there' in spirit through continuing to help those in need.
With this in mind and in the spirit of the great and wonderful game of rugby (and the example set up by our captain last month), a select group of pigs (Ross Bendix, Jason Paget, Lincoln Kinley and Tobi Lothian) will continue with this effort through the month of September. This group has set a target of running a total of 150 miles each (241.5km) by the end of September! They will be providing regular updates on our social media pages. Sore feet and stiff legs are sure to set in but the group are determined to help those in need!
The money raised will continue to support our efforts in the Philippines, Laos and Vietnam, alongside the medical missions and other causes the Pigs support.
