#FightForFugees (Team "Bridging the gap for Fugees") is participating in Heriot-Watt University
and are fundraising for Liberty to Learn (Fugee School)

Hello!! We are a team of 12 which aims to provide the refugee children monetary support in order to keep the organization, Fugee School, sustainable in helping more refugee children to obtain a higher quality education. Donations will be very much appreciated! It is not a requirement, but it will definitely help supporting the refugee children. Please do also help spreading our project and message to the people around you, as this can potentially maximize the support to help Fugee School!!

My Story

We believe that a quality education is evident and significant in changing a person’s life. Yet, there are a lot of underprivileged communities have no easy access to the education system. "You're In, Not Out" is a phrase upheld by the Fugee School, and we strongly agree with it as it connects with each of the members' impact statement in a way. Hence, we have come together aiming to provide monetary help by our crowdfunding activities as well as raising awareness to the public about the dire situation of the overlooked community, the Fugees.
