My Story

On Sunday, July 7th, participants will complete the Devil's Claw Hiking Trail in Chung Hom Kok. Thia Sheth, a junior at the Hong Kong International School, is organizing a charity hiking event with a purpose: to raise awareness of the power of physical exercise in alleviating stress. Thia understands all too well the overwhelming academic pressure that can weigh students down. Nevertheless, she has discovered a powerful antidote in her own life: running. Now, she is determined to share this form of therapy with others. The Devil's Claw hike provides the perfect backdrop for introspection. As hikers complete the trail, they will not only be strengthening their bodies but also their minds.
