On Thursday, December 14th, participants will complete the Rhino's Rock hiking trail in Stanely. Thia Sheth, a junior at the Hong Kong International School, is organizing a charity hiking event with a purpose: to raise awareness of the power of physical exercise in alleviating stress. Thia understands all too well the overwhelming academic pressure that can weigh students down. Nevertheless, she has discovered a powerful antidote in her own life: running. Now, she is determined to share this form of therapy with others. The Rhino's Rock Trail provides the perfect backdrop for introspection. As hikers complete the trail, they will not only be strengthening their bodies but also their minds.
