When Putri was 13 years old, she was active in school and loved drumming and drawing in GoodKids class at the PPR. During the MCO, Putri was forced to stay home. No school, no games, no drums, no arts, no connection. Putri didn't have a phone. Putri cooked and looked after her siblings while her mother tried to look for a job. She got the art materials sent by GoodKids to her house. But her motivation was low. She was disconnected from everyone. After 4 months, she got a mobile phone from GoodKids for her to continue learning. Putri felt alive. The four walls of her tiny house are no longer barriers. The GoodKids teachers conducted classes on Google Meet and WhatsApp video calls for her continued learning. They helped her express her challenges and encouraged her to imagine how to overcome them. She drew Putri Ka-Ching - a superhero who would give money for all those struggling to buy food, clothes, art supplies, mobile phones to study and anything to make their lives better. 

Putri Ka-Ching is on our banner and she is not the only superhero we have developed so far. There are many more superheroes who need to come out of their shells. The only way we can reach more of them is by using our Digital Academy which will provide access to academic, artistic and self empowerment content to students all over Malaysia. We aim to provide the content, digital devices, internet connectivity and trained facilitators who will guide students from all backgrounds.
