A plot of land measuring 13,207 square feet has been acquired for the construction of a two-story “Charis Home.” The ground floor will be dedicated to a nursing home, providing a comfortable living space for the elderly. The upper floor will house an orphanage along with a children and youth centre to support vulnerable children and teens from single-parent or underprivileged families, giving them a warm and nurturing environment. The premises will also feature a recreational and wellness centre where elderly residents can engage in health-promoting activities. Daily programs will include calligraphy classes, health seminars, and gardening activities, enriching the lives of the residents and adding structure to their daily routines. At appropriate times, the recreational centre will also be open to local elderly residents, fostering community interaction and promoting a harmonious atmosphere.
