Team Elite is participating in Great Eastern Women's Run Reach for Great Fundraising Challenge 2023
and are fundraising for National Council of Social Service (Community Chest)

We are running at the iconic Great Eastern Women’s Run on 29 October 2023! This year, as part of Team Elite, we are also raising funds and creating awareness for Daughters Of Tomorrow and Singapore Cancer Society in the Reach for Great Fundraising initiative. Let’s do our part to give back to society. Thank you in advance for your support and donation!

My Story

The iconic all-women’s run, Great Eastern Women’s Run (GEWR), returns on 29 October 2023! As part of our efforts to give back to our community, our female local Elite runners are helping to raise funds for two charities – Daughters Of Tomorrow and Singapore Cancer Society, supported by Community Chest. Donations of S$50 and above made via SimplyGiving are eligible for tax deductions. Donations made via SimplyGiving will be channelled to Community Chest. Community Chest will designate all funds raised equally between Daughters Of Tomorrow and Singapore Cancer Society. Tax deductions will be processed by Community Chest. 

Team Elite is a group of Singapore’s top female runners, who inspire other ladies to Reach for Great health, one stride at a time. The team includes (in alphabetical order): Angela Hu Xiuying, Anne Qi Hui, Choo Ling Er, Clarice Lau, Eliza Koh, Goh Shing Ling, Helen Han, Jasmine Goh, Jasmine Teo, Jenny Huang, Joyceleen Yap, Lee Mei Hui, Lucy Tang, Priscilla Chan, Rachel See, Serena Teoh, Sharon Fay Ong, Siew Lu Chng, Toh Ting Xuan, Vanessa Chong, Vanessa Lee Verna Goh Shilei, Yvonne Elizabeth Chee. Cheer them on as they run in the Great Eastern Women’s Run 2023 and raise funds for a good cause!

Our Beneficiaries

Daughters Of TomorrowDaughters Of Tomorrow (DOT) is a local charity seeking to empower women by supporting them to achieve meaningful employment and financial independence for their families. Recently celebrating its 8th Anniversary, all funds raised for DOT will go towards supporting underprivileged women in their back-to-work journey. 

Singapore Cancer SocietyEstablished in 1964, Singapore Cancer Society is a self-funded social service agency which provides patient care services to patients in need through its cancer treatment subsidies, welfare, rehabilitation support programmes, and hospice care. In addition, the Society also provides free cancer screening services and promotes cancer awareness and prevention through its public education and community outreach programmes.
