My Story
My name is Joewelyn Cabanilla, and I am reaching out to you in the hope of receiving financial assistance for my beloved daughter, Alexa Eunice S. Cabanilla. Alexa is just 1 year and 5 months old, who has features of down syndrome has been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect known as ventricular septal defect (VSD). This condition has caused a hole in her heart, and she urgently needs to undergo open heart surgery at the Philippine Heart Center to correct it.
As a mother, it breaks my heart to see my little girl struggling with this serious health condition at such a tender age. The surgery is vital for her survival and future well-being, but the costs associated with it are beyond what our family can afford. We are doing everything in our power to gather the necessary funds, but we find ourselves in need of additional support.
