My Story

This is the deal I’ll do the running, and we’ll all be helping for education, water and health of kids in Malaysia

I love running and my purpose is to improve my health, be stronger and be a healthy example for my son. But what if I can help others while running? 
I’m taking on the challenge of running the Garmin Half Marathon in Putrajaya on 27 October 2024. I want to break my last year time of 1h51min. I know it’s not going to be easy, but I’m going to do my best… wish me luck!

This time, it’s not just about personal goals – it’s about something bigger and I need your help. I’m partnering up with my running coach and friend Jeff Ross, who is crazy (apart of an excellent runner) and is running the 6 World Marathon Majors this year 2024 for 3 amazing charities:
  • Charity: water - We’re building a well for a village in South East Asia, providing a clean and sustainable water supply. www.charitywater.org
  • Home Of Hope – We’re providing education, care and support for adults and children from underprivileged communities affected by cancer in Malaysia. www.cancer.org.my
  • Suka Society – We’re helping the rehabilitation process for Malaysian children that have been trafficked overseas. www.sukasociety.or

I’m not asking for much – just the cost of a coffee or a beer. 
Together, we can make a real difference.
