We are the organising committee for the Teen Ambassadors of Arts (TAA) programme. The TAA programme is founded by the Independent Learners Studio, a company providing programmes to the youth, in collaboration with 95 Percent (95%), a training and corporate culture consultancy practitioner. The end product for the TAA programme is to have an Arts Festival on the 14th of July.
Prior to this, there has been no festival quite like the one we are planning. What is unique about the festival we are organising, is that it is created, planned and managed entirely by children and teens – with some minor guidance provided by parents, coaches of 95%, and mentors of specialised fields, all of who have generously and voluntarily offered to guide us along. The organising committee consists of a diverse mix of all-Malaysian teens and tweens aged 11-18 years old. Our group is filled with passionate, dedicated individuals with one common vision in mind, that is: “To create a safe and encouraging environment for children and teens to freely express themselves through art.”
Keep up the great effort especially in nurturing our young kids to enjoy and be better person.
