My Story

Kawali-Kasan is a series of online sustainable home cooking webisodes that aims to educate the public on sustainable culinary interventions and raise funds for WWF-Philippines partner communities. It is one of the many initiatives of the conservation organization, together with our local chef and celebrity partners, that will help us spread awareness on food security, resource consumption, and its relation to environmental conservation. By instilling sustainable consumption and production principles into our mindsets and behavior, it is possible to protect the resources that ensure food security in the country.

These are challenging times, and our food producers are one of the groups that are hit hardest by the pandemic—but we believe that by working together, we can make a difference for these people who work tirelessly to #ChangeTheEnding for us and our planet every day.

All around the country, there are Filipinos who dedicate their lives to keeping us and our families well-fed and protected. Our goal is to help environmental front liners and their families recover from the crisis.

Help us give them the quality of life they deserve. Let us support the lives of those who support ours.
