My Story

I live on Lantau, a beautiful lush mountainous beachy island, perfect for trail running. I am only just getting back on the trails after having 3 kids, and my friend Katrina signed me up for this as a 40th birthday gift! Step outside of our flat at night and it's loud. Not a car in earshot. I am very aware how privileged we are: how few people on the planet can hear what nature sounds like, so help me raise funds for conservation and restoration.
