Greetings from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) KL Main Campus! We are Bachelor of Public Relations (Honours), Year 2 Students, and we are excited to launch our A.S.L.I. Campaign 2023 - Weaving Hopes for a Complete Home. Our mission is to raise awareness and funds for EPIC Homes, an NGO that builds safe and permanent homes for the Orang Asli community in Peninsular Malaysia.

Through A.S.L.I. Campaign 2023, “A Space Linking Identities” aims to create a platform or space that connects different identities of the Orang Asli and the urban community. We want to eliminate the divide and create a space where different perspectives are aligned, enabling the communities to understand Orang Asli's culture and land.

A key step in achieving this goal is to provide safe and permanent homes for the Orang Asli community. A home costs RM60,000 to build, thus we hope to raise this amount. Our tagline "Weaving Hopes for a Complete Home" reflects our commitment to aiding EPIC Homes in providing safe and forever homes for the Orang Asli community while preserving their cultural heritage. As the Anyaman is an art form of cultural representation of the Orang Asli community, is a traditional weaving method in the Orang Asli culture.

Hence, let us Weave Hopes build a Complete Home for the Orang Asli community and contribute to the development of providing a sense of belonging and permanence by providing a safe and secure place they can call home. Together, we can bring hope to the Orang Asli community and bridge the divide between the urban and rural communities.
