Walking for The Weez Project

Team Green Power is participating in THE WEEZ PROJECT
and are fundraising for KELY Support Group

Chris, Gill, Luca, Liz and Jasper are taking on the Green Power hike on February 3rd and this time around we would like to support The Weez Project in memory of Jamie Bruno <https://simplygiving.com/Jamie-Bruno>, which is raising funds for Kely Support Group <http://www.kely.org/>. Please make your donations to Team Green Power on this page and we will ensure funds are recognised for The Weez Project.

My Story

Jamie Bruno was a young man who played football at HKFC in Chris' Junior Soccer squad alongside Jasper, and we have great memories of touring to Cambodia a couple of times with Jamie and his Dad. Jamie had everything to live for and was full of potential so it was with incredible sadness that he took his own life at such a young age.

As Chris and Luca embark upon the Green Power hike for a third time <http://www.greenpower.org.hk/hike/eng/> and Gill, Liz and Jasper take it on for the first time, we would like to support The Weez Project, a cause set up by Jamie's parents to raise funds for Kely Support Group, to help support other youths before they reach crisis point. Although The Weez Project has its own SimplyGiving page, please donate through this Team Green Power page and we will ensure The Weez Project is appropriately recognized.
