My Story

Guess what? I finally plucked up enough courage and signed myself up to a 1/2 marathon on 6 December in Angkor Wat, Cambodia. Even to this day, the thought of running 21km / 13.1miles is petrifying. What makes it easier to stomach is that I am running for a cause - The Angkor Hospital of Children (http://angkorhospital.org) in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It's sad to learn that children are dying from very curable disease because of the lack of essential facilities, and they need a lot of help to  build out their facilities both at the hospital and their satellite clinic.  

I am running with a team of Macquarie colleagues and we are fund raising for AHC through the Jelly Bean Challenge, and I am inviting you to support this cause by participating in this.
