My Story
Exercise is beneficial to our physical and mental health, yet around 80% of us in Hong Kong do not achieve the amount of daily exercise recommended by the World Health Organisation.
Mayer Brown and Work & Me Asia is proud to support Mind HK Move it for Mental Health Stepathon in 2022. This year, we challenge you all to complete 280,000 steps or more during the month of February, which is around 10,000 steps per day! Participants who completed the steps will receive rewards through Mind HK.
What counts as steps?
- Walk, run, dance, hike, trail run, or skip! Do what works best for you.
How to track?
- You can track your step using your phone health app, or any mobile apps that provides the monthly total steps completed, e.g. Steps App & Pedometer, samsung health and Accupedo Pedometer.
Work & Me Asia supports Mayer Brown employees by focusing on:
