This year, Mind HK's #MoveItHK2022 challenges participants to complete 280,000+ steps or more during the month of February (around 10,000 steps per day!). We encourage participants to get creative when completing their steps, integrating movement into their daily life to experience the positive impact of physical activity on their physical and mental health. Please take extra safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic and follow government guidelines. Learn more and join the challenge:
