We
have already identified 2,500 families nationwide that required assistance
in term of basic foods. They may include those who are self-employed,
daily-paid employees and odd job workers, in urban and rural area from a few
states. They might laid-off, out of business or unable to work, where their
income might be cut-off as an impact of enforced MCO and National Recover Plan.
These communities go through depression due to their life struggles, especially
school children who are unable to attend online classes due to lack of
necessary devices.
