My Story

As a student and staff of FES Malaysia, I had benefited greatly from being present in gatherings with communities beyond what I am familiar with. As my exposure to the global IFES fellowship grew through my serving alongside the World Assembly team, I see the value of such tangible reminders of what it means to work towards being the Body of Christ. My prayer is that World Assembly 2023 will be a space for communal lament, healing and hope. Staff and students of many movements have gone through much discouragement, grief and despair over the past few years. The have remained resilient but are in much need of encouragement; to know that they are not alone! Your contribution will go into supporting staff and students from Asia to be able to gather together with the larger fellowship in World Assembly.
