I had been training for 4 months now to be part of this International Run for a Cause. It is my first 10K Run and just my 3r$d Run in my lifetime at my age of 52. I stretched myself to join this Run to help inspire others to be conscious with physical fitness despite a busy schedule as well as Run for a Cause. Hope you join me by donating. Sadly, Cambodia has one of the highest child mortality rates in the world. 1 in every 29 children under the age of 5 dies due to a lack of clean drinking water, malnutrition and poor sanitation. The Children's hospital is an amazing charity helping families from across Cambodia. Last year, my daughter and I toured the hospital on a Monday morning. By 10am, there were more than 350 families waiting to be seen- many of whom had travelled long distances without roads to get there. The hospital desperately need fundraising events such as the run to maintain services and deliver care. Please help by making a donation to a wonderful cause.
